Workshop Online Intent Form Instructions

The convention committee is asking delegates attending the Southeast Christian School Convention this fall to help us by filling out a Workshop Intent Form. This process will help us in assigning various workshop speakers and topics in the convention center rooms. The online intent form should be very simple and self-explanatory; however, if you have any questions, please feel free to email us. Please follow the instructions below very carefully.

1. Please read each instruction carefully before you click the link at the bottom of this page.

2. Please select the workshop in each workshop session that you will MOST LIKELY attend. When you have reviewed each workshop and selected the one you will most likely attend, click the "button" assigned to it on the left-hand side, go to the bottom of that page, and click "Next."

3. This is very important. In many of the workshop sessions, time has been reserved for certain groups to visit the vendor hall during that particular workshop session.  This will be specified by Gray Highlighted Wording at the top of the page of each workshop session.

If your category (for example, PR/L, S, A, etc.) is listed as a group that is free during that session, please do not submit any workshop selections for that category. Simply click "Next" at the bottom of the page and continue to the next workshop session. Please repeat this step both times you see your category free during workshop sessions.

4. Once you complete Workshop Session 8, you may click "previous" to go back and review your selections. When you have completed your workshop selections, go to the Workshop Session 8 page and click "Finish."

5. Please do not start this process and come back at another time to finish it. This will cause errors in the database reporting.

6. After you have clicked "Finish" at the end of the Workshop Session 8 page, you may exit out of the screen. Thank you so much for your participation!

7. The final workshop list will be made available to schools on August 15.
